In the background, a river with a boat and an army. This tapestry is surrounded by four very beautiful borders with characters, animals and plants. City mark B.B. (Brussels-Brabant) woven into the frame braid at the bottom left. 310 cm x 260 cm Technical characteristics: warps: wool Warps: wool and silk Weft: wool and silk Weaving fineness: 6/7 warps per cm The small dark blue framing braid is original except for a few places. Good general condition with some small weakened parts.
