He is going to ask his friend the painter Abraham Rattner to send him one. He changed the title of his book: "The plains of Abraham". "It is the place in Canada where Montcalm and Wolfe fought the decisive battle for the domination of this continent of North America. ». The last one is from a book that will be published this fall, entitled: "My life with Books".... It's a nice little book.... It was a nice surprise to see the text of Cendrars in the appendix.
