XC-255-(2f.) / Atlas (2f.)-108pl. The atlas comprises a frontispiece and 109 plates, including 4 maps (one of which is folding), 8 folding plates, 3 double-page plates and 94 full-page plates. Two of the full-page engravings are placed in the frontispieces of the text volumes. Binding badly damaged, with the boards of the text volumes detached. First volume lacks 2 leaves (B3 and B4, Notice), frontispiece damaged and partially detached, 2 small tears to 2 plates, and marginal worm gallery to last three plates.
