The Philippics are the four speeches that the great orator directed against Philip of Macedonia. They are among the greatest masterpieces of eloquence. 2 engraved frontispieces, one by Esdall after West, the other signed H. P. A superb copy in contemporary red morocco. Minor wear to corners.
