Silk cashmere rug (silk warp, weft and pile), India, circa 1950-1980 186 x 125cm The rug features a navy blue polylobed medallion, extended by two pendants on an ivory background enhanced by an elegant polychrome stylized floral design. The whole composition is embellished by four navy blue spandrels. A navy blue border with garlands of flowers is framed by two counter-borders.
